Cephanem — Account & Data Deletion
How to delete your account
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open Cephanem and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the account section and tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm in the dialog.
Option 2 — By email (if the app is no longer installed)
Email contact@cybelong.com from the address linked to your Cephanem account, with the subject "Delete my Cephanem account". We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
| Data (stored in Firebase) | Deleted? |
|---|---|
| Your name, email address and profile photo | ✅ Yes |
| Notification address (FCM token) | ✅ Yes |
| Your Google sign-in link to the app | ✅ Yes |
| Password Manager backup (test versions before October 2026 only) | ✅ Yes |
What is not affected
Almost all of your data — water intake, sleep, exercise, budget, journal, personality test results, habits, reminders, CV details, photos, memories and Password Manager entries — is stored only on your device, never on our servers. It is removed from your device when you sign out or uninstall the app.
If you used the optional Cephanem ⇄ Block Queen reward codes, the single-use code record (a random code and an anonymous identifier, no personal information) may remain for bookkeeping, but it can no longer be linked to you.
Premium purchase records are kept by Google Play under Google's own policy; deleting your Cephanem account does not delete your Google Play purchase history.

Cephanem — Hesap ve Veri Silme
Hesabını nasıl silersin
Seçenek 1 — Uygulama içinden (en hızlı)
- Cephanem'i aç, Ayarlar'a git.
- Hesap bölümüne kaydır, Hesabımı Sil'e dokun.
- Açılan pencerede onayla.
Seçenek 2 — E-posta ile (uygulama artık yüklü değilse)
Cephanem hesabına bağlı e-posta adresinden contact@cybelong.com adresine "Cephanem hesabımı silin" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Verilerini 30 gün içinde siler ve e-postayla onaylarız.
Neler silinir
| Veri (Firebase'de saklanan) | Silinir mi? |
|---|---|
| Adın, e-posta adresin ve profil fotoğrafın | ✅ Evet |
| Bildirim adresi (FCM token) | ✅ Evet |
| Uygulamayla Google giriş bağlantın | ✅ Evet |
| Şifre Yöneticisi yedeği (yalnızca Ekim 2026 öncesi test sürümleri) | ✅ Evet |
Neler etkilenmez
