Block Queen — Account & Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete your Block Queen account and the data linked to it at any time. You do not need the app installed.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to contact@cybelong.com with the subject "Delete my Block Queen data", from the email address of the Google account you used in the game (so we can verify it is you).
- We delete the data listed below within 30 days and confirm by email.
Optionally, before that: open Block Queen → Settings → Account and tap Sign out to disconnect your Google account from the app.

What you delete yourself
- Local progress (coins, materials, level progress, settings) is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
- Cloud save, leaderboard scores and achievements are kept by Google Play Games, not by us. You can delete them in the Google Play Games app → Settings → Delete Play Games account & data.
- Purchase history is kept by Google Play under Google's own policy.

Block Queen — Hesap ve Veri Silme
Block Queen hesabının ve ona bağlı verilerin silinmesini istediğin zaman isteyebilirsin. Uygulamanın yüklü olması gerekmez.
Silme talebi
- Oyunda kullandığın Google hesabının e-posta adresinden (senin olduğunu doğrulayabilmemiz için) contact@cybelong.com adresine "Block Queen verilerimi silin" konulu bir e-posta gönder.
- Aşağıdaki verileri 30 gün içinde siler ve e-postayla onaylarız.
İstersen önce Block Queen → Ayarlar → Hesap bölümünden Çıkış yap'a dokunarak Google hesabının bağlantısını kesebilirsin.

Kendin silebileceklerin
- Yerel ilerleme (altın, malzemeler, seviye ilerlemesi, ayarlar) uygulamayı kaldırdığında ya da verilerini temizlediğinde silinir.
- Bulut kaydı, liderlik puanları ve başarımlar bizde değil, Google Play Games'te tutulur. Google Play Games uygulaması → Ayarlar → Play Games hesabını ve verilerini sil yoluyla silebilirsin.
- Satın alma geçmişi Google Play tarafından Google'ın kendi politikasına göre tutulur.
